Happy to be home from work today. Out of my bra and into my jammies. I love my weekends but they are so tiring. I get out of sync with my routine and my food and sleep suffers. I know I didn't meet my calories or protein this weekend. I am pretty sure I didn't get all my exercise in. I need to have more discipline. I have to be home at a reasonable hour on Mondays, like 6pm. I need to prep for the week and just settle down. I enjoy the family dinners and time with Raid and Belle but running like this every weekend is starting to wear on my health. Its almost like I have to go to work to get some rest.
Everything is going very well professionally, no complaints there. Crap.. I am pretty sure I forgot to do an attendance disciplinary meeting with a duckling... damn it. I need to remember to pack some boxes of kleenex for my desk, I ran out today.
Feeling run down these days, short tempered too.
